What a beautiful day! In the advanced class we went over commissions, for homework they have Pg. 426 #1-17 odd. In the regular class we went over finding the area of triangles and trapezoids, homework is Pg. 436 #2-12 even, 20-24 all. Have a great evening!

Today we had a shortened schedule in the regular classes we went over finding the area of rectangles and parallelograms, for homework do Pg. 432 #1-13. In the advanced class we went over percent of change, no homework for you!!! Have a great evening!!

Another week down! The regular class got their agendas and journals checked while they completed a worksheet on rotational symmetry that we graded in class. In the advanced class we continued to go over percentages. For homework they have Pg. 412 #5-6, 15-16, and 20 and Pg. 414 #1-17. Have a great weekend!!

Alrighty, today we went over different types of symmetry (line and rotational symmetry) in the regular classes. We checked their homework from Tuesday (Pg. 394 #1-10) and the worksheet they did yesterday while I was gone, they are updated on edline. Tonight they have Pg. 398 #1-15 to complete. In the advanced class we continued to work on Percents, Decimals and Fractions. For Homework they have Pg 403 #21-13 and Pg. 407-408 #9-10, 20-24. Have a great day! Get out and enjoy the sunshine!!

As Monday would have it we are marching towards the end of the 5th Six Weeks! In the regular classes we went over congruent figures, for homework they have Pg. 390 #1-21. In the advanced class we started Westest Boot Camp with a couple practice tests to see what areas we need to work the most on. Have a great day, enjoy the sunshine!

Another one bites the dust!! One more week closer to summer! Today in the regular classes we took our quiz, most are graded and on edline but some are not. One more day to go this week! In the regular classes today we completed a review sheet for the quiz tomorrow. They were graded in-class and updated on edline. In the advanced class we worked on our projects and unfortunately had a FIRE DRILL THAT IS GOING TO PUSH THE DUE DATE BACK ANOTHER DAY (I'm not bitter, really I'm not, not one bit....ugh). Halfway through another week! Hard to believe April is half over already! In the regular classes we completed a review on Pg. 386. Everyone finished, they are graded and on edline. Tomorrow we will do a little more review and Friday we will take a mid-chapter quiz. In the advanced class we continued to work on our suface area and volume projects. They need to be finished by the end of class tomorrow, we will present them on Friday. Have a great afternoon!

Day 2 of the grind was met with polygons! In the regular classes we learned how to find the angle measures of different polygons. For homework they have Pg. 384 #7-19. We will have a mid-chapter quiz on Thursday or Friday if you're looking ahead. In the advanced class we continued work on the projects, final product due at the end of class tomorrow!!! Back in the saddle again! In regular classes we went over the quizzes taken last week. We then went over identifying different quadrilaterals. Homework is pg. 380 #1-20. Grades are up to date on edline. The advanced class continued work on their projects. As far as the rest of the week goes there isn't alot going on extra curricular wise.
